Can our squad finally execute a single plan under pressure?

My squad keeps getting wiped in the final circle because we can't coordinate our pushes. I'm trying to call targets and positions, but it feels like everyone is just reacting to the chaos instead of working as a unit. How do you get a team to actually execute a single plan when the pressure is on?

Yeah I’ve been there. Our squad finally clicked when we stopped chasing random trades and picked one timing window for a push. We chose a point person for the final circle and gave everyone a single job: the lead voices the plan, the others execute the move they’re assigned to, no chatter beyond callouts. We did a quick pre round chat to assign lanes and who watches which angle, and we kept the chatter to two or three word calls. It felt cheesy at first, but when we hit that same tempo in a tense moment, the chaos dropped a notch.

I tried the plan thing and it kind of worked once, but most rounds we still devolve into everyone reacting. The moment someone dies, the rest drift and start improvising. Maybe the issue isn’t the plan, it’s that we don’t trust the plan or the lead call. We need to practice under pressure, not just talk.

Sometimes I think the problem is external noise—the lobby chat lights up, someone toggles push to talk, and suddenly we’re in a different tempo. I once turned off voice and used pings only for a couple of games, and weirdly the shots lined up longer than I expected. Then we forgot to keep it up and it drifted. So I’m not sure if the root is skill or discipline.

Do you think the real issue is the plan itself or the moment when the circle shrinks and adrenaline spikes, making everyone second guess the lead?
