I’m a project manager with a schedule that doesn’t leave much room for sitting still, and I’ve been trying to find easy mindfulness techniques for busy people that actually fit into my day without requiring a yoga mat or a silent room. Lately, I’ve felt more scattered than usual, and I need something that works while I’m stuck in traffic or waiting for coffee to brew.

I tried the Calm app for a month, and the guided meditations felt too long for my morning routine, though I only gave it about two weeks before I gave up. I also attempted a 5-minute breathing exercise I found online, but I kept forgetting to do it, and honestly, counting breaths just made me more anxious. Maybe I was doing it wrong or expecting too much too soon.

Has anyone here found a single, quick practice that they can do in under two minutes, like while brushing their teeth or waiting for a page to load, that made a noticeable difference in their stress level?
