How can I find a solid dungeon group without drama?

I’ve been trying to find a decent group to run dungeons with, but every time I join a guild’s discord, it feels like I’m walking into a high school cafeteria. How do you actually find a solid crew that’s focused on the game and not just endless drama?

I wandered through a bunch of guilds until I found a small crew that runs a couple nights a week and keeps drama at bay. They were clear about showing up, not flaming, and they actually talked about the dungeon mechanics instead of gossip. It felt more like a steady pickup group than a classroom.

Big guilds felt like high school clubs to me—lots of talk, not much gameplay, and the drama always leaked into the channels. I ended up staying with a small core where people actually try and don’t complain for hours after a wipe.

I asked a guild leader for a short trial run with a no-drama policy and a quick debrief after each session. It helped some, but we still had conflicts when schedules shifted. Do they actually care about team cohesion or just filling spots?

Sometimes I drift into a tangent about time zones and chat latency, but I keep coming back to this: the vibe has to be about the game first. If someone can sit through a wipe and stick to the plan, that makes a difference, even if the rest is rough.
