How can I fix lower back pain on an endurance bike with saddle angle and reach?

I’ve been trying to dial in my riding position on my new endurance bike, but I can’t seem to get my lower back to stop aching after about an hour. I’ve adjusted my saddle height and fore/aft a bunch, and I’m wondering if the issue might actually be my handlebar reach or the angle of my saddle.
