How can i fix uneven frame pacing and stutter at 144 fps?

I’ve been trying to get a stable 144 FPS in the new patch, but my frame times are all over the place even though my average is high. It feels really inconsistent during team fights, like there’s a subtle stutter that shouldn’t be happening with my hardware. I’m not sure if it’s a driver issue or something with the game’s latest update causing this uneven frame pacing.

Yep, same here. My average sits around 144, but in team fights the frame times swing and you can feel a subtle jitter even though the FPS counter stays near the target. I ran a quick log and saw spikes into the low teens milliseconds here and there, then it would snap back. It’s not constant, just enough to notice.

I updated the GPU driver recently and killed a bunch of background tasks, but the stutter stays. The pattern feels patch dependent more than hardware for me, like the patch changed how the game distributes work during crowded moments.

I did a one off test with a 144 cap and VSync off, and it looked a hair smoother for a match or two, then the stutter came back. Not sure if that was real improvement or just placebo.
