How can i make group chats more about real conversation instead of logistics?

I’ve noticed my group chats have become almost entirely transactional—just logistics and links, with no real conversation. It feels like we’re just managing tasks instead of actually connecting, and I’m not sure if that’s just how these things evolve or if we should try to change it.
