How can I start clean eating for breakfast without hours of prep?
#1
I’ve been trying to eat more whole foods and cut out processed stuff, but I keep hitting a wall with breakfast. My usual yogurt has a bunch of additives, and even my bread has ingredients I can’t pronounce. I’m just not sure how to actually pull off a truly clean eating start to the day without spending hours prepping.

I get the wall you hit. I started with plain yogurt, then threw in a handful of nuts and frozen berries, a splash of vanilla to keep it tasty without sugar bombs. It still felt like I was chasing a truly clean label.

Batch prep helped me a lot: overnight oats with rolled oats, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, and a grated apple. In the morning I grab a jar, maybe add a little fruit or a spoon of nut butter, and I’m out the door.

Bread was the stubborn part for me too. I hunted for loaves with minimal ingredients, but the ones that felt clean often came with long prep or pricey labels. I settled for toast with avocado and seeds on busy days.

Do you think the real issue is the morning rush or the labels?
