How can we get our clan to coordinate pushes mid-game?

I’m trying to get my clan to run more coordinated pushes in our matches, but it feels like we just default to everyone doing their own thing. How do you actually get a group to stick to a plan mid-game when things get chaotic?

We tried running a preset push with defined roles, everyone knew who leads and who follows, but once someone dies the group splinters. When the comms amp up and adrenaline hits, the plan just vanishes and people start reacting, not following the squad leader.

Most of the time we just yell push and hope someone follows the flow. It works a few rare times when a point man keeps everyone tight and the crossfire locks in, but mostly it devolves into chaos.

We did try designating a single caller who can reset the group mid push, and it helped a bit, but it’s not reliable. People still drift when pressure builds.

Are we sure the real problem is the plan, or is it timing, spacing, or the way we call out angles and routes?

We did a quick private lobby drill, mapped entry points and a fallback, and tracked entry time and deaths. The numbers showed our entry bloat was killing momentum, so we cut a couple lanes and kept it lean. It felt like a small win, but not a cure.
