How do I break into a ranked Apex clan without it feeling transactional?

The established squads are already tight and I’m just some random filling a slot. How do you actually break into that inner circle and get consistent games without it feeling so transactional?

Yeah I get that. I started by picking one person in the discord and inviting them to a couple of practice games with no pressure. We ended up building a small routine and not feeling like random fill anymore. It helped to have a clear time and show up consistently even if we were lousy at first.
