How do you manage your Epic Games Store library without it being a chore?
#1
I've been using the Epic Games Store for a few years now, but I still can't get used to the way it handles my game library organization. It just feels so basic compared to other clients, and I end up scrolling forever to find anything. Has anyone else found a decent way to manage their collection on there without it being a chore?

I started using Collections in the Epic launcher to group games by vibe—cozy indies, big shooters, backlog stuff. It doesn't auto-sort everything, but it gives me a quick pile to skim without endlessly scrolling.

I also flip between grid and list view and use the search box to jump to a title I remember. It helps a bit, but it still feels clumsy compared to other clients.

I keep a tiny notes file with titles and a tag like backlog or this month. It’s nothing fancy, but it stops me from treating the library as one endless scroll.

Sometimes I wonder if the real issue isn’t the UI but how I decide what to buy in the first place, like maybe I could prune the list and it would feel calmer. Is that really the problem?
