What are healthy grab-and-go snacks with minimal additives?

I’ve been trying to eat more whole foods and cut out processed stuff, but I keep hitting a wall when I need something quick. My go-to used to be a protein bar, but now I’m reading the labels and they’re full of additives and sweeteners. I’m just not sure what a genuinely healthy, grab-and-go snack actually looks like anymore.

I tried this the other week and stuck to a couple easy options. A hard boiled egg, baby carrots, and a bit of cheese travel in a small bag and save me when I’m in a rush. It’s not flashy, but it feels doable.

I started keeping almonds and an apple in a pouch. No fuss, no drive-thru drama, and it keeps hunger at bay until the next meal.

Plain Greek yogurt with frozen berries is my fallback when I’m not driving. The flavored cups always feel off to me because of added sugar, so I go plain and add fruit.

Do you think the real problem is time or taste and access?
