What are low-carb breakfast options besides eggs and yogurt?
#1
I’ve been trying to follow a low-carb diet for a few months, but I’m really struggling with what to eat for breakfast that isn’t eggs. I feel like I’m just cycling through avocado and Greek yogurt, and it’s getting pretty monotonous. Are there other simple options that fit this way of eating?

I tried cottage cheese with a handful of walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon. It’s not flashy, but it’s surprisingly filling and not eggs.

I keep tuna salad cups in the fridge: tuna with a little mayo, pickle, and chopped celery, enjoyed with cucumber rounds. No cooking needed.

Chia seed pudding made with unsweetened almond milk and vanilla sits in the fridge overnight, then I top it with a few raspberries. It fits a low-carb plan, and the texture grows on you after a couple of days.

Do you think the real problem is not the breakfasts at all but the routine—like not having time in the morning or the hunger spike later?
