I’ve noticed my urine stream has become noticeably weaker over the past few months, and it’s starting to worry me. It just doesn’t have the same force it used to, and sometimes it feels like I’m not fully emptying my bladder.

That does not sound good I had something similar a while back and it turned out to be a mix of dehydration and a simple bladder infection but I still went to urgent care because months like this feel off A weak stream can come from a few things including an enlarged prostate in men or a tiny blockage and it is smart to get checked especially if it has persisted If you notice fever pain blood in the urine or you feel not emptied at all go see someone sooner rather than later

Could be nothing serious but months with a weaker stream worry me so I would not ignore it I would call for a quick appointment or a urine test to rule out infection

One of my own misstarts was trying to push through and then I forgot about it for a week only to realize the issue was back and I had to deal with it again later I started drinking more water and cutting back on caffeine and alcohol which helped a little but the core issue did not vanish and I still worried

Do you have any other symptoms like waking at night to pee or burning pain or blood in the urine if not I still think a check is wise since months is a long time to go without knowing for sure
