What causes persistent head pressure that lasts for weeks?
#1
I’ve been getting a weird, constant pressure in my head for about two weeks now, like a tight band is wrapped around the top of my skull. It’s not exactly a headache, but it’s always there and makes it hard to concentrate. Has anyone else experienced this kind of persistent sensation?

I had a similar thing last year a constant band around the head that did not feel sharp but heavy I found it came with stress and long screen time I tried short breaks and softer lighting and it loosened a bit over time

Maybe it is tension from neck muscles or posture when you sit for long hours I felt a similar sensation and it shifted with tiny changes like a different chair or a warm shower

If this has been there for two weeks and is a constant pressure you should consider seeing a clinician especially if you notice fever weakness numbness vision changes or new headaches that feel different

I am not sure this is the real problem at all the trouble may be something else like tired eyes or a simple sore neck and I would at least try to track when it is worst and what helps and then decide if a check up is needed
