What do you think about the chosen one trope in this sci-fi trailer?

I just saw the new trailer for the next big sci-fi sequel, and honestly, I’m a bit torn. The visuals look absolutely stunning, but the plot summary makes it seem like it’s just retreading the same “chosen one” storyline from the first two films. Has anyone else gotten that feeling from the previews, or am I just being too critical too early?

Sometimes I drift to the music or color palette and then snap back to the setup, which makes me wonder if the trailer is selling the scale more than the actual stakes.
