I’m trying to get the secret ending in my New Game+ run, but I’m stuck on the final requirement. My understanding is that you need to find all the hidden lore tablets, but I’ve triple-checked every location from the guides and my counter is still one short. Has anyone else had this happen, and did you figure out what you missed?

Yeah I felt that frustration. I triple checked the halls and the cave, and the counter was still one short on NG+. It wasn't until I wandered into a gated area after a late boss that a tablet popped up behind a waterfall, and that was the missing piece.

What helped me a bit was rechecking with a fresh map view and scanning every alcove again, but I still missed one until a friend mentioned a hidden tablet that only shows if you revisit a shrine with the camera tilted just right.

I started doubting my memory, thinking maybe one tablet was miscounted or glitched. I loaded an earlier save, did the exact same routine, and the count moved only after I did the final interactive event.

Did you check if the last tablet is tied to a side quest before the final stretch?
