What should i change in my build after the patch rebalance?

I just logged in after the new patch and my main build feels completely off. The rebalance to the talent tree has thrown my whole rotation out of whack, and I'm not sure where to even start fixing it.

After the rebalance to the talent tree I felt my main build go off. I ran a couple of pulls with the old rotation and the DPS readout dropped noticeably, like a solid 12-15%. I swapped in a different mid game talent to try and line up with the new timings, and it moved the numbers a bit but not back to where I was.

The pacing just feels off now. The triggers line up differently and I keep wasting globals trying to chase a window that isn’t there.

I did a quick swap of one talent and shortened a rotation segment, and the live numbers barely moved. It felt safer, but not satisfying.

Do you think the problem is the rotation, or maybe the patch notes and how they describe the changes?
