Why are my 1% lows still rough at 1440p with a 4070 Super in Cyberpunk?

I just upgraded to a 4070 Super expecting a huge jump, but my 1% lows are still pretty rough in the new Cyberpunk expansion. It feels like the frame pacing is off even when the average FPS counter looks fine. Has anyone else chasing high refresh rates at 1440p noticed this specific hitching, or is it just my system?

I ran a quick check myself after upgrading to a 4070 Super and the 1% lows still dip in Cyberpunk's new patch. The average FPS can look fine, but those frame-time blips feel like uneven pacing more than outright drops.

Are you using any frame generation tech like DLSS or FSR in that 1440p test? Sometimes the numbers look silky and the micro-stutter wears you down when the engine toggles between modes.

I tried a few tweaks: RTSS to cap frame times, toggling VSync, and switching between windowed and fullscreen. The lows barely moved and the stutter still shows up in busy street scenes.

Could be the patch itself, not the GPU. It sure seems like a mix of shader warmups and asset streaming, but it’s hard to pin down without a reproducible scene. I’m keeping tests light until a driver or game fix lands.
