Why does the notebook doodle in the opening credits foreshadow the temple symbol?

I just noticed something in the opening credits of the show that I can't unsee. There's a quick shot of a character's notebook, and the doodle in the margin looks exactly like the symbol from the old, ruined temple they find in season three. Was that always there, or did they add it later as a foreshadowing detail? I feel like I'm going crazy looking for these hidden connections.

I remember staring at that frame too. The doodle looked like a zigzag with a dot, not the temple symbol exactly but close enough that my brain shouted foreshadowing. Maybe they slipped in a callback, maybe it's just a prop artist recycling a scribble. Hard to tell in a rush.

I went back later and paused on the opening with frame-by-frame, tried to spot it in the notebook again. On my copy there was nothing obvious, and I’m not sure if streaming versions differ. It could be a real hint or just a random doodle that happened to look similar.

I've tried the same thing and I'm leaning toward maybe it's real, maybe not. The show does plant little motifs, but I can't pin this one down. Might be a studio Easter egg that never pays off, or maybe it does and I missed the cue.

I once spent a weekend chasing a different tiny detail in an earlier thing, only to realize I was reading too much into it. Maybe the real problem isn't the doodle but the urge to find connections everywhere. Still, it's kinda fun to watch for that stuff, even if it's a ghost.
