Why is there a crease in my Galaxy Z Flip screen and will it get worse?

I just got the new Galaxy Z Flip and I love the form factor, but I’m already noticing a faint, permanent crease right in the middle of the main screen. Has anyone else had this happen so quickly, and does it get worse over time?

Honestly, I had a similar thing pop up on day two. Foldables tend to show a crease pretty early, and it can look more dramatic when you’re noticing it for the first time. In my case it didn’t seem to get noticeably worse after a couple weeks of use.

Mine felt fine for the first month and the line stayed put. I didn’t do anything drastic, just kept using it and kept the surface clean.

Could it be we’re misreading the issue? Maybe the glare or a film is making it look like a crease. Hard to tell from photos.

If it really sticks around, I’d check the warranty or see what the store says about screen replacement, but I wouldn’t rush to conclusions yet.
