It's getting frustrating because I only have a few hours on weekend nights to play, and I keep wasting that time jumping between Discord servers where nobody's talking.

I tried the official Hunt Showdown Discord and a subreddit recruiting thread, but the first clan I joined had a spreadsheet requirement with a 1.5 K/D minimum and mandatory Tuesday practices, which I can't commit to with my weird schedule. Then I found a smaller group through a YouTube comment section, paid $5 for a month of their private server access, and the whole thing fizzled after three days when the founder just stopped logging in. Maybe I set it up wrong or picked the wrong timezone — I'm in MST and most clans seem to run on Eastern time, though I'm not sure if that's the real problem or just an excuse. The $5 stung less than the wasted effort, honestly.

For people who've stuck with a clan for a while, did you find that having a scheduled weekly event mattered more than just a big roster of available players? Or was there a point where you just scrapped the whole casual approach and went full hardcore with tryouts and a rank system?
