How can i actually improve sleep quality beyond basic tips?
#1
I’ve been trying to stick to a consistent sleep schedule for months, but I keep waking up feeling groggy no matter how many hours I get. I track my sleep and avoid screens before bed, but that refreshed morning feeling just isn’t happening. Has anyone else figured out how to actually improve their sleep quality beyond just the basics?

Yeah I chased the same thing for months and still woke up feeling fuzzy. I started tracking not just hours but how I felt after different activities and I saw my grogginess spike after long screen free evenings and a heavy meal close to bed.

I tried a fixed wind down that lasted about 20 minutes plus a cool dim room with a fan on low. I cut caffeine after lunch and noticed the mornings were less hazy on some days but not all.

Maybe the issue is not just schedule or light it could be stress or digestion or something else. I kept chasing a clean sleep window and still felt wrecked in the morning.

One thing I tried briefly was bright light exposure in the morning to reset the clock but it felt silly to me on work days and I stopped after two weeks. Did that actually work for anyone?
