I’m struggling to get my team to actually use the new project management software we invested in. I sent the login details and a tutorial, but everyone just defaults back to our old spreadsheets and email chains. I’m not sure if I should enforce the switch or if there’s a better way to encourage adoption without coming across as dictatorial.
