How can i make faster, clearer map-specific callouts for my squad?
#1
I’ve been trying to get better at coordinating with my squad during pushes, but my callouts feel cluttered and slow everyone down. I’ve heard that practicing concise map-specific communication is key, but I’m not sure where to even start breaking that habit mid-match.

I used to flood calls then we changed to two parts a brief location update and a quick next move We kept it to one sentence and let the rest come from the chat log of the map we were on

In practice I found the problem was not the words but the timing So we agreed on a single phrase to signal a push and another to call off when the move was clear We held our breaths and waited for the group to acknowledge

We did a quick run through in warm up with a timer and only kept three kinds of callouts the setup the exact location the intention to advance It felt weird at first but cut the noise

Would a single rule for this kind push help would one clean cue be enough or is the real issue fatigue and decision speed

Sometimes I still drift and ramble I remind myself to breathe and to say only one thing that matters in the moment and I watch the others to see if they move
