How can I manage statin-induced thigh muscle pain without stopping the med?
#1
I’ve been on a statin for about six months now, and while my cholesterol numbers look better, I’ve been dealing with this persistent, dull ache in my thigh muscles. My doctor says it’s a known side effect and not dangerous, but it’s really starting to bother me during my daily walks. Has anyone else found a way to manage this muscle discomfort without stopping the medication?
