How can i reset my sleep schedule and break this late-night cycle?
#1
I’ve been trying to get my sleep schedule back on track for months now, but I keep falling into the same pattern of staying up way too late and then struggling through the next day. It feels like my own willpower just isn't enough to fix this, and I'm starting to worry about how it's affecting my mood and work. Has anyone else managed to break a cycle like this for good?

I actually did this last year. I picked a hard 6:30 am wake time, moved the phone to the hallway, and used a voice alarm I couldn't snooze. It wasn’t magical, but after a couple weeks my mornings stopped feeling like a dragged-out sprint and I started nodding off earlier.

The pattern flipped on me again after a few weeks, though. I chalked it up to stress and caffeine late, and eventually I just resigned myself to the late nights until the next deadline. It felt like a drag I couldn't outrun.

I started paying attention to the room: cooler temp, blackout curtains, and no screen time in the last hour. It helped some nights, but the mood swings still showed up, just a bit less intense.

What time do you actually go to bed and what helps you wind down right before sleep?
