I just installed a fresh copy of Windows 11 on my desktop, and I'm already hitting a weird snag with the new context menu. When I right-click on the desktop or in File Explorer, the option to create a new text file is completely missing. I only see the basic shortcuts like New Folder, but the whole "New" submenu feels stripped down. Has anyone else run into this after a clean install, and is there a straightforward way to get that functionality back without using third-party software?
