How can I start the day with whole foods for breakfast without lots of cooking?

I’ve been trying to eat more whole foods and cut out processed stuff, but I keep hitting a wall with breakfast. My usual yogurt has a bunch of additives, and even my whole wheat bread has more ingredients than I’d like. How do you all manage a truly whole foods start to your day without spending an hour cooking?

Overnight oats changed my mornings. I mix 1/2 cup rolled oats, a teaspoon chia, a splash of milk or water, a spoon of peanut butter, and a handful of berries. I stash it in a jar in the fridge and grab it on my way out. It feels like real food, not a package.

Eggs work too. I boil a dozen on Sunday, then in the morning I crack two with avocado and tomato or a quick sprinkle of salt and pepper. Keeps it simple, protein without fuss.

I tried smoothies for a while, but I miss texture. So now I do a quick combo: spinach, banana, a handful of frozen berries, and water or milk. It goes fast and I still feel like I am starting with whole foods, even if I am not eating hot.
