How can I tackle resin anxiety while farming artifact domains in Genshin?

I just hit Adventure Rank 45 in Genshin Impact and I'm staring at these artifact domains, completely paralyzed by the resin system. I want to build my main DPS properly, but the thought of spending all my fragile resin and getting nothing but Def% main stats for weeks is giving me serious anxiety. How do you even start committing to that grind without feeling like you're wasting everything?

I was in the same boat at AR45, staring at those domains and the resin tax. I picked a single character I actually like and started farming purposeful artifact sets for that one, even if it meant boring days of low rolls. After a week I could tell which artifacts were salvageable and which were just filler, and I refused to keep everything that just had a few decent substats. It wasn't magical, but it felt less like a hole.

I tried to slow-burn it, doing a few domains one day, then stepping away for a few days. When I did go back, I found the pace easier because I wasn’t chasing a miracle; I’d accept any artifact that shifted my team’s damage a little. It’s not how I pictured AR45, but it’s what kept me going.
