How do I adjust my rotation after the patch cooldown changes?

I just logged in after the new patch and my main build feels completely off. The cooldown adjustments they mentioned in the patch notes seem to have thrown my whole rotation out of sync, and I'm not sure how to adapt my gear now.

I jumped back in and it felt the same. I ran a couple quick pulls to see how the new cooldowns landed and it pushed my opener out of order. I tried reordering the sequence and swapping one talent to be more forgiving, but it still feels off. I’m planning to log a few minutes of play and compare what changes.

I swapped a couple gear pieces to push haste a bit higher, and for a moment the timing lined up, but it didn’t last. I kept watching uptime slip and I’m not sure what else to chase yet.
