How do I decide between a Dark Urge origin run or a fresh party in Baldur's Gate 3?

I just finished my first playthrough of Baldur's Gate 3 and I'm already thinking about starting over, but I can't decide between a Dark Urge origin run or trying to min-max a completely different party composition. The sheer scope of meaningful choices has me paralyzed.

The world kept pulling me into decisions I didn’t see coming, and every little choice felt whispered into a thread you can’t easily untie. I kept pausing to weigh which path would rhyme with the origin, and by the time I settled on something, a new hook pulled me elsewhere. It wasn’t a clean victory lap, just heavy flavor and a lot of sighing.
