How to have a quick clean breakfast on busy weekdays?
#1
I’ve been trying to eat more whole foods and cut out processed stuff, but I keep hitting a wall with breakfast. My usual yogurt has a ton of added sugar, and even my granola seems to have a long list of unrecognizable ingredients. I’m just not sure what a truly clean, quick breakfast actually looks like on a busy weekday.

I ditched flavored yogurt and bought plain Greek yogurt, then mix in frozen berries and a spoon of chia or flax. It tastes good, takes two minutes, and I can pre-portion a few mornings at once.

Overnight oats are a real lifesaver on busy days: oats, unsweetened almond milk, a pinch of cinnamon, a dollop of almond butter, and some berries. Grab from the fridge, ready to go.

If I am really pressed, I grab a hard boiled egg and a banana or an apple; not fancy, but it fills me and keeps sugar low.

Sometimes I wonder if the chase for clean is masking the real issue; am I actually hungry in the morning, or is coffee sugar pulling me in? Not sure.
