Should Arrival be in the top five sci-fi films of the decade?

I keep trying to make my definitive list of the best sci-fi movies of the 2010s, but I keep getting stuck on where to place "Arrival." Its impact is undeniable, but is it a top five film of the decade for you, or does its slower pace put it just outside that tier? I'm second-guessing my own ranking every time I think about it.
