We're getting closer to 2025, and I'm already excited thinking about what could be the best anime 2025 will bring us. Based on announcements and studio lineups, there are some promising contenders for best anime 2025.

I've been looking at the upcoming schedules and there are some sequels to beloved series that could definitely be in the running for best anime 2025. What shows do you think have the potential to be considered the best anime 2025?

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes about six months ago, and my numbers are finally starting to come down with medication. I guess I'm just wondering if anyone else has felt almost worse as their blood sugar gets more controlled? I'm tired in a different way now, sort of foggy, and it's making it hard to stick with the new diet when I don't feel the benefit.

I went through something similar a few months after my meds got tweaked. Energy leveled out in waves, and there were days I woke up feeling foggy even though my numbers were lower.

I thought the improvement would make me feel buzzing with energy, but the opposite happened for a while. The fog hung around and I felt more tired after meals.

I tried walking after meals and drinking extra water, and I kept a simple diary of how I felt the next day. Over a couple of weeks the fog lifted a bit.

Maybe your body is still adjusting to the meds, and the fatigue is just part of that process.

Sleep quality mattered a lot. If I slept poorly, the fog stayed regardless of the numbers.

Do you think the issue is really the blood sugar or something else like sleep, stress, or meds side effects?

One time I pressed through for a week but then I paused and talked to my doctor. We adjusted further and the fog eased after a few days.
