Should i mention evening blood pressure pattern to my doctor?
#1
I’ve been tracking my blood pressure at home for a few months now, and my readings are consistently higher in the evening than they are in the morning. My doctor only ever checks it during daytime appointments, so he hasn’t seen this pattern. I’m wondering if this is something I should bring up, or if it’s just a normal variation that doesn’t really matter for my overall management.

I've been logging mine too and evening readings sit higher after dinner or a long day, like the body is winding up.

I tried cutting caffeine after noon and taking a short walk before dinner; the numbers softened a bit but not every day.

My clinician never mentions this pattern when I'm in for a daytime check, so I'm unsure if it's something to chase.

Do you think this is something I should bring up at the next visit?
