Should I stick with Epic Games Store or switch to Steam?

I’m trying to decide if I should keep using the Epic Games Store for my library or just fully commit to Steam. I’ve collected a bunch of free games on Epic over the years, but I find myself never actually launching it to play anything because all my friends and achievements are on Steam. It feels like my games are just sitting in a digital drawer I never open.

I tried opening a couple of those freebies last month, downloaded two games, launched one for a few minutes, and then it just sat there while Steam showed busy friends.

Is the real problem that you want the same social and achievements vibe as Steam, or is the free stash mostly nostalgia?

I started picking a couple of titles I might actually touch this month and archived the rest, and I even joked about buying a bigger monitor to justify the time, but then realized it wouldn’t fix the not playing problem.
