Smallest sustainable change for life improvement in small towns after a physically d

I’m a 34-year-old warehouse supervisor living in a small rural town, and I’ve hit a wall where I can’t ignore my unhappiness anymore. I spend my days moving boxes and my nights scrolling through feeds of people who seem to have figured out the whole life-change thing, and I feel stuck in a loop of the same sluggish routine. I’m honestly finding motivation to change my life incredibly hard to summon when I’m exhausted by 6 PM and the only options nearby are a gas station gym and a diner.

I tried the Noom app for about three months at $45 per month, and while it helped me track my weight loss for a bit, the daily lessons felt like homework I dreaded. I also gave the 5 AM morning routine a shot for two weeks, but I live in a drafty trailer with no central heating, so getting up in the dark just to freeze on a yoga mat made me resent the whole idea. I think part of the problem is that I’m not a self-starter— or maybe I just haven’t found the right first step that fits my actual life.

For anyone who grew up in a small town or has a physically draining job, what was the smallest, most sustainable change you made that actually got the ball rolling without requiring a big budget, a move, or a major personality overhaul?
