I just saw the trailer for the new sci-fi epic and I’m honestly a bit confused. The visuals are stunning, but the plot seems like a complete enigma wrapped in a mystery. I can’t tell if the main character is a clone, an AI, or something else entirely from the quick cuts they showed. Has anyone else watched it and managed to piece together what the actual story is supposed to be?

I watched it twice and kept thinking the main character feels like a duplicate of someone else, but the cuts scramble who’s who. It’s like they’re hinting at a blurred line between person and system.

I saw it once and I’m not sure what’s supposed to be happening at all. Maybe the real problem isn’t the tech but the memory stuff, or maybe the story keeps moving to keep you guessing?

I paused on a frame in a lab and another in a mirror and it looked like the same silhouette with slight shifts, which makes me think the setup is about identity under pressure, but it’s still not telling a straight path.

A friend swore the trailer overpromises and the actual movie is something else entirely, like a slow burn about ethics rather than action, and I’m not sure if that’s true.
