What about Project Nova's movement in the leaks, floaty or unfinished?

I just saw the leaked gameplay for Project Nova and I’m honestly a bit worried about the movement. It looks floaty, like your character has no real weight to them, and that’s a dealbreaker for me in a tactical shooter. Has anyone else who’s been following the leaks felt the same way, or am I just seeing an unfinished build?

Yeah I saw the clips too and it definitely looked floaty. I’m with you—could be unfinished physics in an early build, or a camera trick, not sure.

I haven’t played it myself, just watched a few leaks; a couple of friends said the weight felt off in the clips. Hard to tell if it’s intended or just placeholder values.

One thing that stood out to me was the way the character moves when sprinting; maybe it’s camera height or aim smoothing more than actual physics. Either way it slowed my confidence.

Do you think the real problem might be something else, like hit registration or timing windows, rather than the physics?
