What are the pros and cons of going back for post-game superbosses?

I just finished the main story and I'm trying to decide if I should go back for the post-game superbosses. The final dungeon really tested my patience with its puzzles, and I'm worried the optional content will just be more of that frustrating design.

That last dungeon took a lot out of me too. I finished the main stuff and parked it for a bit, then came back a few days later. Some of the post‑game puzzles clicked and felt earned, other bits still felt grindy and brittle. I didn’t hate it, just… wore me out.

I actually waded into the post-game superbosses last weekend. One fight ate nearly two hours, and I kept losing track of what I was trying to do. It felt like a test of endurance more than a test of tactics, but I did learn where my power curve falls if I skip upgrades.

Do you think the problem is the puzzles themselves or just the pacing? Maybe I’m noticing the difficulty more because the story is over and there’s this gap.

One random thing I tried was wandering into a side area I forgot about. It gave me a silly collectible and a little breathing room. It reminded me the world is still alive even when the clock is ticking on a boss run.
