What can I do to recover my progress in a gacha game without the transfer code?

I just got a new phone and my old account won't load on my favorite gacha game. I’ve tried linking it through every social login option, but it just starts a fresh game. Has anyone managed to recover their progress without the original transfer code? I’m worried my months of grinding are just gone.

Yeah that happened to me when I got a new phone I switched and the game loaded a fresh save I tried every login option and nothing pulled the old progress I emailed support and they asked for basic account details but I never heard back

I am not sure you can recover without the transfer piece I kept mine somewhere and then I moved to another device the cloud option felt buggy maybe the issue is that the game does not recognize the old account even though the login shows the name

One idea I heard is the transfer code thing matters but I cannot confirm it I did not have one myself and the replies were vague I would try asking support but I feel unsure this will ever work

Sometimes I drift off topic and wonder if the real issue is not the device but how the game stores saves I tried a test log in with a friend account to see if anything changed and it still did not
