What caused the audio sync glitch in the latest episode: patch or error?

I just noticed a weird audio glitch in the final mix of my favorite show’s latest episode, where a character’s dialogue clearly doesn’t match their mouth movements at all. I’m wondering if this was a last-minute script change they had to patch in during post-production, or if it’s just a sync error that slipped through.

I've run into this before. Sometimes they drop in a line in post and forget to re-sync the lip movements, so the mouth flaps feel out of step. Other times they replace a line later and the performance sits weird with the scene.

I tried watching again with captions to see if the timing matched the words better, and it still looked off.
