What causes a weak urine stream and not fully emptying?

I’ve been noticing a weak stream for a few months now, and it’s starting to worry me. It takes me longer to empty my bladder, and sometimes I feel like I’m not fully done even after I’ve finished. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of change in their urinary flow?

Yeah I had something similar for a while. It would take longer to finish and I kept feeling like I wasn’t empty. I started tracking how long each trip took and how much I drank, but the pattern stayed wonky for weeks.

I finally went to urgent care after a few weeks. They did a simple urine test and a quick exam, maybe an ultrasound too. They mentioned things like a minor infection or enlarged prostate and put me on a short antibiotic course. It helped a bit, but the issue didn’t totally clear.

Could it be something else entirely like hydration or a medicine side effect? I’m not sure I’m looking at the real problem and I don’t want to chase the wrong thing.
