Could this really be something serious, or am I overreacting?

I kept a little log for three weeks, noting when it started, how long it took to finish, and how much came out. The pattern was real, even on days I felt fine.

If it’s been months, I’d talk to a clinician to rule out blockages or changes in bladder function; I finally got a quick ultrasound and a simple exam that helped settle my worry, even though the process was a bit unnerving.
