What clan should i join for a steady raid schedule?

I’ve been trying to get into a decent clan for the new season, but every group I join seems to fall apart after a week because nobody can agree on a regular raid schedule. How do you all find a team that actually sticks to a set time without constant rescheduling?

We finally locked in by building a tiny core of four who could always show up. We used backups for fill. The core met at eight pm and that gave everyone a reference point even if subs shifted.

I tried a shared calendar and a weekly poll in chat but life keeps eating the margins. Still, having a fixed time helps someone plan.

A lot of times I bail and join a pickup when the schedule collapses not ideal but it saves the drama.
