What could cause a lower abdominal ache near the groin and prostate issues?
#1
I’ve been noticing a slight but persistent ache in my lower abdomen, just above my groin, that seems to come and go for weeks. My doctor mentioned it could be related to my prostate, which has me a bit concerned about what that actually means for my long-term health.

My friend had a similar groin type ache and it turned out to be a hernia sometimes doctors check for both and the pain eased after treatment or time

maybe its a muscle or pelvic floor strain not the prostate and that feels plausible to me but i am not a doctor and i could be wrong the body can do weird things

i am wondering if we are chasing the wrong thing here maybe the pain is coming from digestion or a simple strain and not the main issue at all what do you think?
