What could cause my HRV to dip after an NAD+ booster?
#1
I've been tracking my HRV for a few months now and noticed it consistently dips the day after I take my NAD+ booster. I thought the supplement was supposed to support cellular repair and improve that metric, not hurt it. Has anyone else experienced this kind of paradoxical response?

I tried a NAD booster for a couple of months and noticed my HRV sagged the day after I started it which felt odd.

I kept a simple log of sleep hours caffeine and workouts and nothing obvious stood out except the timing around the supplement.

One time I stopped the supplement for a week and the dip did not come back

Maybe the real issue is stress or sleep quality that changes day to day and the supplement just rides along

I moved the dose earlier in the day and the next morning the reading was about the same so I stopped guessing

Am I missing something obvious or is the timing of that day the real issue behind these numbers
