What did you think of the leaked superhero clip where the lead phones it in?

I just saw that leaked clip from the new superhero movie where the lead actor seems to be completely phoning it in during a major emotional scene. It’s so wooden and flat, especially compared to their intense press tour energy. Does anyone else think this might be a sign they’re totally checked out from the franchise now?
