What does it mean if my ldl is borderline high but triglycerides are low?

I just got my lipid panel results back and my LDL cholesterol is borderline high, but my triglycerides are surprisingly low. My doctor mentioned this can sometimes be a pattern, but I’m not sure what to make of having one marker in the caution zone while the other looks really good.

I've been there a few months back my lipid panel showed LDL a bit high and triglycerides low It felt odd but the clinic said patterns can show up differently from test to test I tried not to freak out and waited for a second test

I asked for a repeat test after a couple of weeks and the numbers shifted a bit The same doctor said lipid numbers can bounce and one good marker does not erase another risk

I am not sure this is the real problem Maybe the pattern matters but maybe the bigger picture is overall risk What if the real driver is something else like sleep or stress?

I tried changing my routine I walked 30 minutes most days and cut back on fried foods For a month I tracked nothing dramatic on LDL but triglycerides stayed low and that kept me grounded
