What does that cat video with 'you are not immune to propaganda' mean?

I keep seeing this weird, specific edit of a cat video where the music suddenly cuts and a distorted voice says "you are not immune to propaganda" before it loops. It's popping up everywhere I look, but I can't figure out what it's supposed to mean or where it even started.

Yeah I started seeing it a couple weeks ago too. It pops up in cat clips, game edits, and random memes. The audio cuts out and that distorted voice hits right as it loops. I tried tracing it and kept finding different remixes with no single origin.

I guess it's just a reused short audio bite. Lots of creators grab little sound effects and clip them into editors, so the moment lands hard even if there isn't a real speaker behind it. The appeal seems to be the surprise cut more than any message.

I saved a bunch of examples and skimmed comments, but most people treat it as a vibe or punchline, not a riddle. One commenter claimed it came from some persuasion meme trend, but no real clip links showed up.

Do you think it's a real message or just a joke about memes? You are not immune to propaganda.
